Thomas Refvik (Det Gode Selskab) PLGRN co-founder @karboni.wav returns with @carloalberto.unplugged , a fellow Milanese selector and vinyl collector who runs the NPLGD imprint. The two also co-run @_fatwax_ , and their shared approach to DJing is rooted in deep crate work, spanning disco and house through to raw, introspective electronics. Expect a night leaning heavily towards vinyl based grooves. DGS resident @trefvik holds down the home side.

O convidado do novo episódio do ŪdraCast é o Thomas Refvik, DJ com uma carreira versátil que teve início nos primórdios do movimento hip-hop, em meados dos anos 90. Construindo seu espaço no ritmo da vibrante vida noturna da Noruega, ele fez a transição para a cena da música eletrônica no início dos anos 2000 como parte de eventos icônicos como Hyperstate, Sommerparaden e Temple of Love. Em 2013, Thomas uniu forças com o coletivo musical e selo Det Gode Selskap, que atualmente administra junto com seu amigo de longa data e também artista Tod Louie. Ele tem uma paixão pelo vinil que nasce do respeito pela tradição, mas também da convicção de que o formato nunca deve ditar a música. Sua abordagem como DJ é baseada em curadoria cuidadosa e autenticidade. Canalizando seu gosto musical eclético, ele toca desde a era de ouro do house dos anos 90 até breaks, techno e minimal, criando sets vibrantes que cativam e energizam. Afterwork med live jam. Minimal house og jazz har alltid hatt en musikalsk forbindelse. Det var nettopp det som skapte gnisten mellom Bård og Thomas da de møttes for første gang i 2017. Selv om de har jobbet sammen på noen prosjekter siden den gang, fant de aldri det rette oppsettet for faktisk å opptre sammen. Tidligere i år landet de endelig på en idé som var verdt å forfølge – å blande den jazz-inspirerte siden av minimal house med Bårds evne til å slippe seg løs på live trommer. 🎛️🥁 🎟 Gratis inngang —————————————————— Afterwork with live jam. Minimal house and jazz have always shared a musical connection. That was exactly what sparked something between Bård and Thomas when they first met back in 2017. While they’ve worked on a few projects since, they never found the right setup to actually perform together. Earlier this year, they finally landed on an idea worth pursuing – blending the jazz-leaning side of minimal house with Bård’s ability to cut loose on live drums. 🎛️🥁 🎟 Free entry

Looking very much forward to welcoming @whynot.club.zanzibar resident @sofv_music , whose style blends house music’s roots with a minimal edge. Coming from the French underground and shaped by years of playing abroad, Sofiane has built a name for sets marked by sharp rhythms and a steady flow. Since first getting to know him during our winter getaway back in February we’ve met several times and strengthen both the musical and human connection.
