This feels like the perfect moment to shine a light on two extraordinary performances coming to Tree of Strings 2026.
On Friday 3rd July, pre-eminent pianist @joannamacgregorpianist , alongside @adrianoadewale and @adrianbrendel76 , bring the music of Argentina and Brazil to Abbotsbury 💃🏻 Expect Tango Nuevo and Jazz-Infused Samba of the highest level, colour, energy and surprise 🌿
Then on Saturday 4th July, Trio Miré close the night with a groundbreaking set from @kitdownesmusic (Mercury Music Prize nominated), @heloisewerner and @cellinalexander , blending classical, jazz and folk into something beautifully unexpected 🎹🎻
Two performances. One unforgettable weekend of music in the Dorset countryside.

We are delighted to weclome Tree of Strings Festival to Abbey Farm this July between the 3rd and 5th July.
The three day festival features classical, jazz and folk music from around the world. Plus music-making workshops, film screenings, improvisation and more, all against the backdrop of beautiful Abbotsbury.
