Today is Endangered Species Day 🦋
We asked Sara Paoluzzi, one of our most active sponsors, what this day means to her. Here’s what she shared:
“When I think about wildlife — the battles fought, the petitions signed, the stories told, the tears — only one phrase captures what I feel: their right to exist. Humans have destroyed and killed so much. Don’t turn your head away. They need you. Don’t leave them alone.”
Sara has spent months turning her Tree-Nation forest into a feed of advocacy, for lions, wolves, Florida panthers, and the laws that protect them. She’s a reminder that protecting wildlife and protecting the forests they call home are part of the same fight.
Thank you, Sara, for being a voice for wildlife in our community!

🌿🇹🇿 The Eastern Arc Mountains in Tanzania are among the most biodiverse regions on the planet, and they are under threat. Our Usambara Biodiversity Conservation project works to reverse deforestation by combining reforestation with agroforestry, environmental education, and community empowerment, with a particular focus on uplifting women and valuing local knowledge.

Not all Mother’s Day gifts belong in a vase...💚
Some take root, grow tall, and keep giving for decades. Plant a tree in her honor this year and celebrate two mothers at once: her, and Mother Earth. So far, 1,748 trees have already been planted under #MothersDay !

Sir David Attenborough turns 100 today.
He has spent a lifetime telling us the story of the planet, and the last few decades urging us to protect it. At Tree-Nation, we are proud to be part of the global effort his work has inspired: restoring forests, protecting biodiversity, and building a more sustainable future.
Happy 100th, @davidattenborough 🌳

In 2016, this corner of the Bolivian Amazon was bare farmland. In 2024, we started planting, and you can already see the change taking shape.
We call these strips windshields: native trees planted between agricultural plots. They protect the soil, return humidity to the air, shelter wildlife, and help farmers grow more.
Since 2000, the Bolivian Amazon has lost more forest than the size of Denmark. This is how we start winning it back, by working with agriculture instead of against it. 🌳
