Created for DKMS UK, Do The Swab shines a light on how simple it is to register as a stem cell donor - a process that takes just minutes, but could save someone’s life.
The challenge: how do you get Gen Z to care about stem cell donation in a world of endless content and shrinking attention spans?
Working alongside @ourselves_work , we reframed the process in the simplest possible way. “Stick it in. Save a life”
Proactive, direct, impossible to ignore, the campaign uses humour and cultural fluency to make stem cell donation feel immediate, accessible, and human - not distant or clinical.
Executed as a bold OOH campaign with stripped-back copy and high-contrast visuals designed to stop people mid-scroll, mid-step, and mid-thought.

We’re excited to share The March of the Cartridge People, now live across TV and radio.
Leaning into restrained performances, atmospheric cinematography, and understated humour more commonly associated with indie film than retail campaigns, this was a brilliantly unique project to bring to life.

From world-class competitions like Barkitecture and sheepdog trials, to wellness workshops, expert advice, and crowd favourites like Fido’s Lido — it’s a weekend built for dogs and the people who love them.
