After many months of filming, editing, and reflection, we’re proud to share the official poster for Without Shade, Without Rest. This documentary is the first of hopefully many from us at Six Eye Films. Directed and photographed by @max_take_photo and @transompitcher , edited and produced by @emstarlight_ , with original music by salmanahadkhan, sound mix by @dan_abrusci , and additional footage by @cuentos.fi . We’re grateful to @workingfilms and @alleganyfranciscanministries for their support, and to those who shared their time, voices, and stories with us. And last but not least, thank you to @grakthegrackle for the incredible poster design. Without Shade, Without Rest explores the realities faced by outdoor workers in a changing climate - the quiet endurance, the daily risks, and their fight for protections as extreme heat becomes more frequent and severe. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming local screenings and community conversations.

Always a good one to run into, artist Donald Neal. Never boring, never humble, “I don’t sign autographs in Belle Glade anymore.”
