One of our very own spent a week at Transdev Group's global HQ in Paris, training in Lean Management alongside Journey Makers from across the globe. They spent time learning how to cut through the noise and run smarter, smoother operations for communities we move everyday.

Two of our Journey Makers swapped their local operations for a five-day immersion in Portugal as part of On The Launch ad, a global experience across the @transdevgroup network, to see how different cities keep transport systems moving.
Remember back in Year 9 or 10 when the questions about your future started rolling in? “What are your plans?”; “Where do you want to work?”; “What subjects are you going to choose?” Being 15 or 16, it’s likely those answers weren’t entirely clear to you just yet.
Enter Grace, Junior Engineer with @transdevferriessyd , who joined the @Usydney_uni ’s Women in Engineering workshop at the ExploreEng! Open Day to potentially provide those answers to students in their formative years.
She spoke about her path from classroom to career and, biased though we may be, we reckon being one of the Journey Makers behind the World’s Most Beautiful Commute is one of the better routes to take. Thanks to Grace for providing some inspiration – and here’s hoping it sparked the curiosity of some of the next generation of female engineering talent.
