The key to true confidence ❤️🔉(sound on)
In a world where we’ve all been brainwashed with what “perfection” is assumed to look like, I thought I’d share some real talk.
This is the first fitness shoot I’ve done in a while, for my wonderful friend (and incredible photographer) @miss_mksx 📸 It was spur of the moment, I had no time to prep- physically or mentally, I just stepped into it and went for it. And honestly? I think it’s actually one of my favourite shoots I have ever done. Do you know why? Because it felt so EASY to look confident… And I realised why- because I just FEEL so confident in general now 🥹
How? I’ve done the deep work and I just feel so blooming content with who I am now. I don’t fixate as much on my imperfections- yet they’re still there. I still have scars, I still get spots, I still am not perfect; in any way for that matter! Yet, I am me. My body is strong, healthy and I am proud of who I have become.
Gone are the days where I used to shrink myself to make sure I showed up to shoots with ‘visible abs’ or practice weird poses that didn’t feel like me to just fit the box of what a brand was looking for.
Hello to the days where we show up as our most genuine, natural, content, confident selves. Because when you genuinely feel good within yourself, it naturally reflects on the outside.

Wow wow wow….. I could not tell you how proud I am of this gorgeous girl.
Just over 2 months ago she started her journey with me in a boot. Yes, you heard me!!! A BOOT! 😭❤️🩹 My amazing client was struggling not only with a broken foot, but everything that comes mentally alongside not being able to train and feel like yourself.
We stripped everything back, focused on recovery, took things slow and steady… and now?? She’s back training 4-5 times a week, smashing her workouts, whilst balancing final year uni life like an absolute unstoppable queen 👑
But the biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical.
It’s been the shift in her mindset.
My girl has gained SO much confidence and self trust since we’ve been working together and I genuinely could not be more proud, she’s showing up week by week unlocking that confidence she truly deserves. Shes let go of negative self talk and is learning to back herself again 🥹🫶
Alongside all of this… of course we can’t ignore that her physique progress has been INSANE. What unreal body comp results, and the dreamiest hourglass figure to show all her hard work 😮💨✨ imagine what more we can achieve if this is what we managed in just 7 WEEKS!!???
I can’t wait to find out. Watching this queen grow into the confident, strong girly she is becoming has honestly been such a privilege.
