🎙️ Speaker Spotlight: Christoffer Riis Svendsen | Projectmanager OnTrail, Denmark Christoffer has been a passionate cyclist his whole life, riding with his local MTB club for over 30 years. Since 2010, he’s been a volunteer trail builder — and since 2015, he’s also been shaping the planning side of MTB infrastructure. With a professional background in construction, teaching, and management, Christoffer became Project Manager for the OnTrail project in 2017. Since then, he has led the national Danish MTB trail grading and signage system, assessing more than 400 trails, technical skills areas, pump tracks, and bike parks. An ITRS Certified Trail Rater, he’s also trained in Mountain Bike Trail Planning, Construction, and Maintenance at Fagskolen i Viken, Norway. Today, Christoffer continues to manage OnTrail, consults for national agencies, municipalities, clubs, and trail builders, and works as part of Team Cycling at DGI — a national leisure sports organisation with over 1.9 million members.
