✅ Introducing our rear bumper quick releases for 92-95 Honda Civic EG hatchbacks!
👌This kit allows you to remove the rear bumper much more easily. Having your car on the ground with your wheels and tires on can make removing the rear bumper a pain. This removes that pain by removing the need for those screws entirely. We also have provided 2 mounting options for both the mounting on the chassis and for the release for your bumper depending on your setup(refer to the install instructions for more details).
⚫️CNC cut from high quality aluminum
⚫️Texture black powder coating
⚫️High strength Loctite applied to releases for security
⚫️Uses factory mounting to locate the bracket, but requires drilling at least 1 extra hole in the rear of the car for mounting
⚫️Requires drilling a 3/4 inch hole into the bumper with a step drill bit or 3/4 inch hole saw
⚫️Requires trimming rear bumper as well

Later than planned, but here's a sneak peak at the final look of our EG hatchback rear bumper releases. These are currently only confirmed to work for 92-95 civic hatchback. We are in the works of making different sets that work for various other chassis. Releasing these on the website this weekend so make sure to follow us for when we make the release post when they go live.
Alongside that is another mid week update on the build. Hood is set up for releases on all 4 corners since I'm doing away with the hinges. Mocking up the vents as well. Dash is all cut up, still need to chop some more of the support brace. Got the rear bumper cut with the rear tow hook(just need to paint the tow hook). Catch can lines and coolant lines are all plumbed now as well. Almost at that last 10% of things to do that'll take 90% off the time. April will be a grind, but she's almost in a decent state to present.
Another mid week progress update on the car. Got some of the fittings in for the catch can setup. It's gonna be mounted inside behind the dash. Frees up a lot of space in the engine bay and will allow me to keep it cleaner as well. Made a mockup plate for blocking off the AC and heater core holes and is a spot to have the bulkhead fittings for the AN lines for the catch can. Got the hood cut up. Gutted nearly 6lbs out of it. Still needs some clea up on the cuts and there will be 4 hood latches in there as well since I'm ditching the hinges for mounting a tow hook where one of the hinges was. Suspension and brakes are all set front and rear. Going with Genesis Coupe rear Brembos and EBC Bluestuff pads in the front. Calipers have less pad options compared to the Porsche calipers, but theses are a lot less expensive, so we'll see how they hold up. Also got the steering system mounted as well. Last photo is the 3d printed mockup for the front tow hook. Just waiting for it to come in now.
Didn't have a post this last weekend since we didn't have much to post and I was just busting out on the EP3 as much as possible; but we just got stuff in for this month's product release so expect some updates this weekend on that.
Lots of long and tiring days on this car, but I want to bring this thing to IFO Kent next month, so it's all worth it.
We will officially be attending @importfaceoffofficial in Kent Washington this year! We will not be racing, but will be out there supporting @jdmlowlife and @brian24_48 plus seeing the cars and seeing how things hsve changed if st all since we last attended an IFO a few years back.
The original plan was to just bring Ryan's red eg hatchback, but I would love to bring out my car as well if possible. The car is in pieces and has a lot to get done. The goal is to have it running and driving in a decent state, but if it can be closer to what I would call "finished" then that would be awesome. There's a lot to get done and not a lot of time, but I'm putting in every hour I have available into it and am making really good headway at this point. I might even have all the required stuff done by the end of this month.
At this time I got the radiator mounted with some custom mounts and some 3d printed isolator bushings. Cut up the front crash bar to cut some weight out of it. Gutted the hatch and got some aerocatch latches installed. Other stuff is getting done, just bouncing around as I get parts in and stuff designed. These are just the currently basically done items right now.
We will be doing weekly updates on my ep3 and Ryan's red hatch and white hatch. This helps us get the motivation to grind on these cars. If there's anything you see us custom make for our builds that interest you or have any ideas to things or problems you see then tell us. It could help us get some ideas going for more products for you guys. We always love input.
Stay tuned every week for updates on the cars plus new products every month.

Feb. 2026 Bakersfield @importfaceoffofficial@famosodragstrip Q1 off the trailer with an engine we borrowed from the homie Jay we did a 10.59 which was insane to us first time out at a 10.5 index race. Q2 made a change to our launch and went slower on our 60ft & missed 4th getting a 10.8 which was still a good pass & with our Q1 put us at #1 qualifier! E1 made a change to our launch again and made a improvement but unfortunately due to a CEL coming on at top of 1st gear it put us into limp mode and couldn’t accelerate 🥲 code was for intermittent cam signal & knocking us out the races. Car was on the move with our new changes we made too & was a miracle we were even able to make it to begin with for ex. Rebuilding the trans with the homies & getting the new @bloxracing suspension buying it through @solano_performance_center , getting the tune w/ @jmarsh11@redzone_gywire & getting the new front end installed w/ @tracklifecomposites cutouts. It was a rush for the week prior to the event but at least came home with the car able to drive onto the trailer & a new PB for the car of 10.59! Enjoy the photos @selenaespinozaphoto took for fun on her 📸 & the videos @brian24_48 took

Washington IFO next? 🤔
Sneak peak at the new AC and heater core block off plates coming soon. They are keyed to center to the factory holes, require no drilling, and can be installed easily solo. They will have a more textured face to them and black hardware when they are released. If all goes as planned then they should be released towards the end of next month to the beginning of April.
We've got a bunch of products people have been asking for in the works, plus a bunch of small stuff as well. Stay tuned. We should have our next release this upcoming Saturday.
