PROJECT SPOTLIGHT // Chesney Road, Mount Low
What started as a basic block home is now a completely reimagined space and one we’re incredibly proud of.
This full demolition, extension and rebuild transformed the original house into a modern home designed to make the most of its generous block. From the new roof, kitchen and bathrooms, to the slab work, render, double carport, pool, deck and timber features throughout (including that standout timber ceiling), every part of this project was thoughtfully rebuilt from the ground up.
Inside, the living spaces flow seamlessly outdoors, where the pool and pool house are set to become the ultimate summer hotspot, made for long days, easy entertaining and relaxed living.
This project didn’t just transform a home, it was also recognised at the 2025 Master Builders Awards, taking out Best Residential Swimming Pool and Home Renovation Project ($600k–$750k).

ROWES BAY was a renovation done right, and when it came time to hand over the keys, we were not going to miss it.
These guys supported our team with BBQs and laughs along the way and when you spend that much time with a family, you want to be there for the moment it all comes together.
