We’re thrilled to say that our friend Brandon Trammell has joined @touchthecloudsmusic as our new guitarist.
He’s been in some pretty killer bands (Spit, Kid Brother Collective, Braided Veins, Cold Joys), knows his way around a guitar neck, and isn’t shy of the microphone. We’ve had the pleasure of sharing the stage with him many times over the years, and we’re honored that he’ll be joining us for the next chapter of this band. It’s been invigorating to play with him; he fits like a glass slipper.
He’s making his debut with us in two weeks - Friday 12/19 @the.regal.beagle.ypsi - Come out and toast to the future!

J. Lee joined @touchthecloudsmusic in the late fall of 2022, stepping in to take over live guitar duties for Darrin when he moved to pursue academic life. J. helped us stay afloat and moving forward for the last 3 years, as we put the final touches on our full length album, played a bunch of shows and wrote new music. He’s been a friend and musical collaborator for 30 years - even filling in on bass guitar for @fewandfarbetweenmusic for a short stint in the early 2000s.
Unfortunately, the time has come for J. to step away from rock ‘n roll for a while and focus on the myriad of other interests and responsibilities on his plate.
We are going to miss his indomitable spirit and relentless positivity, but we are so very thankful for his time and contribution to the music, and most importantly his friendship.
We love ya, J! 🫶
