Fangs for the memories! 🧛🏻♀️🧛🏻
That's a wrap on Killing Time! Two-day intensive shoot on this short, putting me back in the director’s seat for fiction for the first time in a while since focusing on client work.
Couldn’t have asked for a better production.
The film was led by a fantastic cast - I got to work with
@zak.labiad again for the first time since Sixth Form as well as the always astounding
@hrmactor . Seeing the two of them take on these characters together was electric, and I can't wait for everyone to see this vampire brother/sister duo.
On crew,
@creation.dmc brought a powerhouse of talent and skill to the film's cinematography, capturing fine dining establishments and seedy venues with style.
I'm so grateful for the gentleman and scholar that is
@finnotoole01 keeping the production organised, on time and supported.
Nailing the look and style of the characters was
@keirahairandmakeup - from the first moodboards through to the blood rigs on set, she knew exactly what this film needed and made it happen.
Finally, the legend of
@malcofilm remains an essential part of any set and the best business partner and crewmate anyone could hope for. You make me want to say "Fix it in Post" less.
I've got more people to thank - including an incredible crop of beautiful people who gave up a sunny afternoon to fill a scene - but I'm limited by characters and tags for this post.
Today I'm feeling the gratitude, support and love from everyone who helped make this shoot happen.
