"Bra Fie: Come Home" is a feature-length essay film exploring how Ghana’s youth are redefining inherited spaces through skateboarding and surf culture.
Our fundraising campaign will support preproduction to conduct principal photography, compensate all present youth participants for each day of shooting, and hire the local production team, Vision in View (
@visioninview ).
Our Chicago reception will be a place to share our filmmakers' works, talk about the process of this project, and connect Chicago with Accra. Hosted at The.BlkRoom (
@the.blkroom ) in partnership with Top Pop Productions (
@toppopproductions ) through their residency.
There will be food and drinks available for purchase.
Address: 4015 W Carroll Ave Unit 204, Chicago, IL 60624
