Returning to where my roots begin.
Vietnam, a place I’m still learning to understand, where I wanted to bring attention to everyday life.
I found myself drawn to the gestures, routines, fragments of lives that don’t ask to be seen, yet say so much.
It’s been a while since I shared what first drew me to photography: observing and capturing the beauty of everyday life unfolding around me.

The rain started suddenly, falling hard and fast but it didn’t stop the locals.
In less than five minutes, every scooter rider had slipped on a raincoat, pulled out of nowhere. They were driving through the rain as if nothing had changed, adding bright colors to the grey sky.
