Got Cal down for an in person at @ultraflexgymnorthleeds to nail the minor details on his posing and Iām very happy at where he is now
Obviously posing has improved but condition has massively changed down to his hard work and the guidance from @tomhermitage
2 weeks until UKDFBA and have no doubt heās going to be a confident poser on stage

Had a mega catch up and push session followed by some posing rounds and tiny adjustments to make Cal show his physique in the best way possible.
Condition is closing in now for show numbero uno and I am beyond excited to get him up on stage now.
Time to take the last bit off and then freshen up and peak in a couple weeks time. š¤

Stop rolling your shoulder in your front pose
Cal when he first joined on with me was in the habit of rolling his shoulder forward when he would flare the lat causing him to lose the symmetry of his delts and making his pec look smaller
We got him to get his shoulder rolled slightly back whilst also keeping his lat flared and this completely changed this pose for him

Jana and I have been working together for a while now and are planning on competing as a first timer in 6.5 weeks time
The minute I spoke to Jana for the first time I could tell he had an unbelievable work ethic, having dropped over 20kg prior to us starting together heās not afraid to push hard!
The plans been laid out and he simply delivers, the plan now is to continue pushing for more condition leading into the WNBF first timers before we increase food, freshen up a bit and go and enjoy ourselves!

A while since Iāve posted on here and Iāll be honest itās just been super busy recently! Had a good amount of interest and new faces join the team for PT sessions and combining that with a busy couple weeks at home it has been quite nice to be less active on here!
Anyway, we are back with a bang and a mega posterior/ back session today @crossfitstagsanddoes / @cambridgefitnesspt
After my last session of the day I joined a couple of the others in the main gym and smashed out a very enjoyable session whilst they did some quite impressive crossfit training

A week of having our foot slightly off the gas has worked a treat and being back into the diet we can see the results coming quick.
Weāre getting to the exciting part of prep now where changes become a lot more frequent!
Progress is being made daily and weāre making little changes here and there to steer things in the right direction
A few more kilos to go until we approach stage condition and I cannot wait to see this all pieced together š
