Got Cal down for an in person at @ultraflexgymnorthleeds to nail the minor details on his posing and I’m very happy at where he is now
Obviously posing has improved but condition has massively changed down to his hard work and the guidance from @tomhermitage
2 weeks until UKDFBA and have no doubt he’s going to be a confident poser on stage

The most rewarding week of prep so far….
Made the absolute most of Ultraflex lighting 😂
T minus 19 days to go as of me uploading this and I am just taking it like always, day by day, task by task, session by session - you get the gist
Every session objective is the same now in maintaining performance, and it’s going pretty well obviously running flat, but I won’t moan as this difficult stage only betters the look on show day and brings out the best of me mentally
Keeping busy has been key for me this prep and it only gets busier, session on Friday with the main man @amel_natural and a trip to UF Leeds on Saturday to see Mr Kaizen himself @ryan.parkerz
What a journey this has been and I cannot wait to see what the look will be like on the first show of the season 👀

Had a mega catch up and push session followed by some posing rounds and tiny adjustments to make Cal show his physique in the best way possible.
Condition is closing in now for show numbero uno and I am beyond excited to get him up on stage now.
Time to take the last bit off and then freshen up and peak in a couple weeks time. 🤝

Current state of affairs 4 weeks 5 days out 😅
I am absolutely loving this process, the hardest mental & physical test of my life and I cannot wait to reap the rewards of it come show day … (I might have lost the plot)
Really just a case of ticking every box, keeping current structure and working rather hard day in day out
Time for a few more weeks of fat loss before we bring this rig to life
Some pretty exciting weeks in the pipeline now and I am more than pleased with the direction I am heading in

Stop rolling your shoulder in your front pose
Cal when he first joined on with me was in the habit of rolling his shoulder forward when he would flare the lat causing him to lose the symmetry of his delts and making his pec look smaller
We got him to get his shoulder rolled slightly back whilst also keeping his lat flared and this completely changed this pose for him

A week of having our foot slightly off the gas has worked a treat and being back into the diet we can see the results coming quick.
We’re getting to the exciting part of prep now where changes become a lot more frequent!
Progress is being made daily and we’re making little changes here and there to steer things in the right direction
A few more kilos to go until we approach stage condition and I cannot wait to see this all pieced together 🙌
