I’ve faced my fair share of adversity & dark times over the years whether it was war zones, multiple surgeries, injuries, illness, debt & sometimes I have thought why am I so bloody unlucky, can I catch a break?!?

I know some you of will be going through a rough patch right now, I know some of you will have had it even worse and I know some of you are probably questioning a lot of things right now.

But but hear this, look back through your life at the darkest and lowest points, or times where you faced adversity. Guess what… you got f**king past those sh*t times because you are here right now and you will do it again!

So credit where credit is due.. @ameliamichelleh had spent weeks doing extensive research, made multiple enquiries and made a full blown itinerary with supporting spreadsheets 🤣🫶. (Slide 7)
Safe to say we were expecting 2x 30,000 step days and a lot of discussions & decisions to be made 🤔.
But when you know.. you know 🥹. Our wedding is now secured for next year!!! 😍🤯.
Oh and I've been very quiet about it not being on the spreadsheet as we just happened to stumble across it after our first appointment 😅.

Hyrox Cardiff wrap up 🎬 🏴 ❤️
What an unbelievable first season it's been joining the Hyrox crew, being able to sign it off in my hometown with my fam is a dream come true 🫶. Let's take a look..
•1. This was pretty much my face all weekend 😆.
•2. @realsirtomjones@therealalfonsoribeiro I love you both 🕺.
•3. Full transparency: This made the cut for the quads.
•4. Ok so I wasn't walking out to 70,000 Welsh fans screaming my name, but in my head that's what was happening 😅.

•7. FAMILY ❤️.
•8. The people in the lift nearly called the police.
•9. Timon & Pumbaa post race.
•10. A statement of intent 🤣🫶.

•12. 66,500 steps in 48hrs.. I wonder why? 🤔 (I love my job).

•20. I have a torn PCL and was extremely worried about this station.. so this made the cut to show myself to stop doubting my ability.
I take none of these opportunities for granted, I wear my heart on my sleeve (& flag 🏴) and I feel so lucky to be able to do this job. I love being able to lift people when they're at breaking point and to see beautiful moments happen right in front of my eyes.
This one is going to be a highlight for me for the rest of my life. Thank you Hyrox and thank you to everyone involved. What a crew! What an experience! What a weekend!

A day to remember forever 🏴 🏟️
We gave it our absolute everything & left it all out there.
We even did an extra lap on run 2 for good measure 🤣🫠 (no one's fault but our own). Definitely a what could of been 🤔, keeps the fire alive for sure!
First ever Pro Doubles for me joining up with Mr PMA.

We've done many different competitions and races together in the past, but this was one of the most incredible experiences that we will look back on in many years to come 🫶.

In my hometown, at the Principality Stadium with my Mum & Dad & Fiancée.
Doing what I love in the stadium I would come to growing up screaming my lunges off hoping that Wales would score another try 🏉.
Now I'm screaming my lunges off cheering on all these incredible athletes going full send at Hyrox.
Tomorrow eve I get to race with Fais and give it everything.
