In this short documentary, I wanted to explore a side of cycling that often gets lost in the noise of data. Today, the social media is flooded with people trying to outdo one another in watts, average speeds, and Strava segments.
"The Art of Showing Up" focuses on the legendary Ján Svorada as the ultimate example of what it means to stay fit for life. It’s not about constantly pushing your average speed; it’s about the discipline of getting out there when the weather is bleak or the motivation is zero. Consistency is the real performance.
