Reverse Barbell Ladder always make for a good day 2 x 2 Thruster Rest 2:00 2 x Thruster + 2 Power Cleans Rest 2:00 2 x 2 Thruster + 2 Power Cleans + 1 Hang Power Clean Rest 2:00 2 x 2 Thruster + 2 Power Cleans + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Pause Front Squat *Rest 60 seconds between your 2x2 sets on each rung of the ladder *Then Rest 2 minutes before adding the next rung (movement) to the complex We can call this a “Reverse Ladder” because instead of getting heavier each new series you’ll actually get lighter. Which means on this ladder your first 2x2 would be your heaviest lift and then load drop as the volume builds. With the benefits listed above, if you’re not dragging sleds you should be. If you train at a gym with garage door, roll it up and start dragging the sled. . Train in your garage, show Cul-De-Sac “Dominance” and get out and start marching, your HOA will love it. . Don’t have a sled? Hit a park or beach and drag a kettlebell. . Winter and you train on the mats? Throw an old GI down and a sandbag and get to work going down and back. .
