In March 2024, Mitchell Actors Australia entered an exciting new chapter as Wendi Ticao took the helm, bringing her extensive experience in the South Australian film industry.
Now, after a year of growth and transformation, we’re thrilled to unveil our next evolution: Mitchell Actors has rebranded to TKO Management.
The name TKO reflects not only Wendi’s surname (pronounced T-K-O) but also embodies the agency’s knockout commitment to representing South Australia’s finest talent.
This is more than a new name – it’s a bold step forward.

📢NEWS!📢 SA writer/director @ursuladabrowsky ’s latest SA made and SAFC supported supernatural horror RUBY, RUBY has been boarded by Blue Fox International, who will launch sales in Cannes next week.
The feature, produced in association with @headgearfilms and SA’s @arterialfilms_au , is currently in post-production in South Australia.
Inspired by the urban legend of 18-year-old Ruby Bland, who died in 1909 in Kapunda, RUBY, RUBY follows Ollie and Hannah, who awaken a deadly curse when they become trapped in a haunted cemetery with a predator and must fight supernatural and human foes in their bid to escape.
A huge congratulations to the cast and crew of Vandals! Such a wonderful team of people who have created an excellent little film and I couldn’t be more excited to see it on the big screen!

The Importance of Being Earnest is beloved for its wit, satire, and gleeful skewering of Victorian respectability.
The play follows two young men, Jack and Algernon, who create elaborate alter egos — “Ernest” — to escape social obligations and pursue love. But when their deceptions unravel, chaos ensues in a world where truth is slippery, and appearances are everything.
The Importance of Being Earnest is on stage at the Dunstan Playhouse 8 - 30 May.
