Germany last weekend. Thanks to @the_cookie_jam_ @tagcolors @streetart_schorsch @mister_oreo39_ @pout_spencer for a wonderful weekend of laughter and fun. On Thursday morning I was picked up in london by the Scottish dream team @recklessgraffiti @rabbgraffiti and @rossbside . We drove to France , Belgium, The Netherlands then to Germany. Those guys are the coolest, I wouldn’t have been able to go if it wasn’t for these mega dudes. The jam was amazing loads of talented locals and internationals. Made loads of new friends and saw old ones. The weather was sunny and hot. @azram1107 said I should get @miami_weis to do a big piece and make my piece a background which I did. On the Sunday I did foreground bits to tie it all together. Pretty much the whole wall was done up a ladder. After I’d sketched up my letters and faded the sky I realised how tiring it was to go back and forth with massive ladders so I decided to get one section done at a time. So I did the Sasquatch/Yeti/Bigfoot first and started on the ‘R’ and worked backwards. @miami_weis is the king, so it was an honour to paint with such a G. Everyone at the jam were super cool and dope artists. This weekend I wanted to try something new. I wanted my piece to be in a dark forest and my letters to be like a glowing orb. I imagined how it was going to look and tried to do it from memory. It’s pretty strange but at least it was different. I could pull it apart but I leave that up to my haters. 😂 @yardworksglasgow was amazing. Saw lots of old friends and made new ones. Perfect throughout. GazMac is the best and the team rule. I’m so honoured that I keep being asked back. ❤️🙏🏼😎

I just want to thank everyone that came out to my show opening on Thursday night. Also mega thank you to @ashleythecircle @thecirclelondon @_elfin_ @sodamnfresh1 @trafikgraphics and @jagermeisteruk for making me limited addition “Yetimeister” for the opening. Loads of cool people came to support me, sold some originals, some people got tattoos and some people bought the pendant. Making a custom piece takes time, I always want to show you as much as possible. Shorter edits in future? maybe. Come to my show this Thursday. It’s going to be fun. I have original pieces for sale, you can get a tattoo of my artwork and my friend @_elfin_ has made some jewellery. It starts at 7pm and it’s near Carnaby Street in the West End (people not from london will call it central london, but it’s not called that😂) Come down for high 5’s and spudders.

I painted with Mold and Kope. Later that night I painted with Chips. That was fun…..innit. This song was done by Eddie Grant. Who also made the song Electric Avenue,which is in Brixton. Stockwell Hall of fame is actually North Brixton. In the 1960’s- 2000’s Electric Avenue was a hub for the Rastafarian movement and at the end of the road it joins Atlantic avenue \Railton Road which was nicknamed The Frontline, it was a no go area for police because of their racism towards the local community. This where the 3 riots started, 1981-1986-2011 these all happened because the police murdered people and the community had had enough, of the brutality and racism. There is a great film called Babylon, which was about the black man’s struggle in England, it was filmed mostly in and around Brixton and has some of the guys from the band Aswad acting in it. The main characters little brother in the film was a famous Body Popper from Covent Garden who was dance partners with Basil Pepperpot , they toured with Big Audio Dynamite and were the reason why The London Posse were formed. Electric Avenue was the first road in Europe to have 24 hour lighting because it was a 24hour market and one of the richest neighbourhood’s in London in the late 1800’s. Where TKMaxx is now, was Bonne Marché it was like Selfridges or Harrods of that time. The house in Brockwell Park was originally owned by Napoleon’s wife and that was her garden, this is why Josephine Avenue was named after her on Brixton Hill. Rush Common was originally peoples front gardens to large Manor House’s but they were badly bombed in WW2. When me and Shucks moved to South London there were still a lot of bombed out buildings especially in Brixton. Lots of children played in bombed out buildings in 50’s 60’s 70’s and 80’s. This was a small history of Brixton just to bore the pants 🩲 off of you..🤣
