It took me close to 24 hours to actually read thru the entire article. I kept having to close the app and walk away to regain my composure (Pete Wells made me cry like a giant man baby 😭😭😭)
I just bought the only 8 copies I could find out on the avenue and when I opened one up at the counter and saw my picture all the regulars in the deli erupted in cheers.
The article is out today in print - and up on the NYTs website in the food section until next Tuesday. I hope folks will check it out but mostly I hope folks will stop by a gig, say what’s up and eat a nice pizza.
He makes some of the best pizza in the Hudson Valley. But no one knows he’s there yet.
