Alot of new people lately, so a brief introduction i can pin. My name is Daniel Danger, I'm an illustrator and screenprinting based printmaker living in western Massachusetts. I make weird quiet sad narrative work set in a blurry dreamy version of the world that i see. I probably worked for a band you like, maybe I played in a band you liked, maybe you have a print of mine in your house and you like it, maybe you sold me a 50 year old fuzz pedal. I've done a lot of stuff over the last twenty years. Anyways, check out some stuff I've done. Say hi.

'the invisible hurt', a collaboration between @julienrbaker and @thesaddestlandscape is out today everywhere. I bought her first album 'Sprained Ankle' the day it came out, and every record since, so getting to work with her on a song (and not just any song but a manic seven and a half minute wall of sound duet), is an outright honor and absolute joy. I cowrote this with the band and played alot of the guitars but our collaborators made this song what it is. thank you to Julien for everything you brought, Andy for your ideas and arm waving, Jeremy Harman and Moe Watson for elevating everything, Beta for pocket nugs, Jack Shirley for guidence, and everyone at @iodinerecordings for their work on this beast.

in honor of whatever tomorrow's FIREFLY announcement is, here is an old photo of me sitting in my old apartment eating smartfood popcorn in Wash's actual flightsuit from the movie SERENITY which I purchased for $400 from Juliens Auctions in 2011 randomly in the middle of a mostly Lucille Ball estate auction I was watching for Star Trek reasons (if you know you know). @alantudyk and @nathanfillion you just let me know if you need it back.
Hey all, Daniel Danger here. I worked on cover artwork for a record called 'Farewell to Seasons' by a little known up-and-coming guitarist named @mikemccreadypj (i'm told hes quite talented) that coincides with a graphic novel hes written with @marksable , and illustrated by @sebpiriz . This LP exists as an artifact within the late 80's early 90's Northwest music scene universe of the story, written and recorded by the main character David Williams. Visually, I wanted something that would represent the foundational pull of temptation and darkness for musicians of that era, a tour van slowly and silently reaching out over years and years, quietly trying to pull anyone and everything inside it. Last slide is my original pencil drawing on smeary vellum paper for maximum grime.
