With nominations spanning campaign, brand, interiors and architecture, the shortlist reflects the breadth of our studio’s work and cross-disciplinary approach to design.
Perhaps it’s this refusal to stay in one lane that’s also earned us a place on the shortlist for Design Agency of the Year alongside some of our insanely talented peers.

🚴‍♂️ Finlay & Arran’s LEJOG Challenge for Tiny Changes
**852 miles. 11,130 meters of climbing. 8 days. One incredible cause.**
We’re taking on the iconic Land’s End to John O’ Groats (LEJOG) cycle starting on Saturday 25th July — an endurance challenge that spans the entire length of Great Britain. It’s going to be tough, emotional, and unforgettable, but we’re doing it for a charity that means the world to us: **Tiny Changes**.
đź’™ Why Tiny Changes
Tiny Changes is Scotland’s first national young people’s mental health charity.
They work with young leaders to create projects that help young minds feel better. Their belief is simple but powerful: **young people deserve great mental health**, and with the right support, their ideas and innovation can change lives.
Finlay recently took up cycling and wanted to use this new passion to support a charity doing vital work for young people across Scotland. Arran didn’t hesitate to join him, turning this into a challenge they could take on together.
🚴‍♂️ The Challenge
From the cliffs of Cornwall to the very top of Scotland, we’ll be cycling:
**852 miles**
**11,130 metres of ascent**
**All in just 8 days**
It’s a huge physical and mental test, but every mile will be worth it if it helps Tiny Changes continue empowering young people to feel better, speak up, and create change. Joining us is Richard Ellis providing invaluable support along every mile. Ensuring we are fed, watered and spirits kept high throughout. A massive thank you to all those who are supporting us in many different ways!!
