I dunno how many of you pay attention to stories. But, I’m dipping my toe into offering styling consultants again. (Again? It was my fave thing to do my last year in college for a quick buck!)
I have an entire fashion degree, over a decade of being a huge vintage nerd, and general enjoyer of fashion, and I’m nice and know how to people.
I just wanna help you feel good in the clothes you wear, or to explore a different fashion aesthetic.
I’ll work with anyone. I don’t care your age, gender expression, income level, you deserve to feel good in what ya got on!

On the 2nd, my friend @atomic_redhead and myself went on the @wbtourhollywood it was my first time ever. I enjoyed myself, I think I’d enjoy the TCM Classic Film tour better though. Not a fan of Gilmore Girls, or Friends which was talked about the most 🤷🏾♀️
Anyways. Wanted to go because of the Sinners costumes on display. @therealruthecarter did that 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I got so emotional seeing the costumes up close and I wanted to just stare at them all day. THE DETAIL!!! THE BEAUTY!!! THE CULTURE!! I wanna see every characters costumes.
We went through the other rooms and I snapped some photos of other costumes that I recall from my youth.
I would love to do the tour again. It was a lovely day.

Oh hey. Your favorite tired looking human will be at the Renaissance Pleasure Faire in Irwindale this year. In a gown she made with her own two hands (and with a ton of help from my amazing friend @polkapolish Thank you Frances!!)!
I still got some handwork to fiddle with, but a gown will be had at the start of Faire season!
Lady Anne Heneage will be appearing with The Queens Court pretty much every Saturday during Faire duration.
Definite weekends are: opening wknd, Mother’s Day wknd, and closing wknd. But who knows I might be crazy and do every day (except one to play!) Will update via stories.

I love Black history and learning as much as I can.
I love making people smile and I literally never take myself seriously. I’m not intimidating…I have bad eyesight.
Day One of Black History Month.
Watching a film I haven’t seen in a good while.
And it’s also Langston Hughes Day. As a kid I had a copy of this book, and I copied my favorites on printer paper and glued them on bright construction paper, and I’d read them to my family. Then that lead to me doing readings out loud in church, and various other public speaking things. Now I won’t stop yapping. My grandma said I didn’t have the gift of gab, I have the curse of gab.
Seeing the astonishing writings of an amazing man was one of the reasons I loved to write and speak.
