3. I’m stepping away from the Stud as an owner. I will still be at the Stud. Every 4th Saturday for Grunt, and at other rad events and because all my friends are there..... And its the gd Stud!!
4. I’ve been invested and involved in collective and cooperative work for 20 years, in different contexts and places. It’s super rewarding, and has shaped how I think about action, power, and community. The Stud Collective project has been unbelievably rewarding and exciting.
5. If you know me well you know my heart is a bit broken by having to make this decision. I love the Stud Collective and the Stud Bar. It’s been my nightlife home for very many years. So much magic, community, good times, good and bad art, and deep good hard work. But I’m not going anywhere just changing my outfit.
