We officially closed on Project Homestead. A build we poured our heart, soul, and every detail into, and we couldnât be happier for our buyers.
Huge thanks to our incredible trade partners, realtors, and the full team that helped bring this one to life.
We donât just build homesâŚwe build the cool ones.

At Project Avenida, eight full-height pivot doors open the entire living room to the front courtyard and rear patio, leaving almost nothing between the inside of this home and the desert outside.
The backyard centers around a long pool surrounded by native plantings and boulders, with a stone water channel running through the landscape and a brass outdoor shower tucked against a hand-laid stone wall. The home itself sits low and quiet against the desert defined by clean lines, warm plaster, and just enough structure to stand out against the landscape without competing with it.

At the Avenida Project in Paradise Valley, a water channel runs from the front of the home all the way to the back, interrupted only by a glass entryway that lets you see straight through the house on arrival.
Inside, wood beams, plaster walls, and warm oak cabinetry carry through every room. Floor-to-ceiling glass connects the living spaces directly to the desert outside, and as the sun moves through the day, light tracks across the walls and changes the feeling of every room.
In the rear, the pool sits inside a desert garden of native plants and boulders, with a stone outdoor shower that gives the backyard the privacy of its own retreat.

Framed by coveted views of Camelback Mountain, this 1.6-acre estate is designed for a rare kind of luxury: scale, serenity, function, and presence.
Watch as renowned Arizona luxury home designer Britany Simon reveals the vision behind the #HomesteadLaneXBSDH kitchen.
And this kitchen sets the tone.
To avoid a âcopy-pasteâ feel, Britany and her team layered materials with intentionâmixing surfaces, finishes, and lighting to create depth, contrast, and individuality.
The result is anything but standard.
And then comes the range.
Homestead Lane features an #ILVE Majestic 60â Dual Fuel Range in Glossy Black with Burnished Brass Trim.

positioned.

This month, weâre sharing love stories of powerhouse couples shaping business, family, and life here in the Valley đ¤
February is our Local Love Issue, and today weâre introducing you to the dynamic duo behind @tinker_development , Erik and @ktinker0603
Building a dynamic business since 2014 while raising a family, their partnership is rooted in faith, fun, communication, and teamwork.
In Kirstenâs wordsâŚ
đŹ âAlthough we work together (Iâm the Tinker Controller), I work from our home office and Erik works from our company office in Scottsdale. Itâs great we each have our own space while building our business simultaneously. Building a business is a lot of work, but itâs similar to building a marriage. You get what you give.â đŹ âI am definitely the strategist and Erik is the risk taker. Iâm a planner and okay with marginal outcomes if the risk is less. Erik lives by the motto, âno risk it, no biscuit.â We meet in the middle and always figure it out.â
đŹ âWe always keep God the center of everything we do. We know He will provide and His plan never fails. When things get stressful, we remind each other we can only control what we can control and give 100%.â
đŹ âErik stopped drinking over a decade ago. It was the biggest challenge we faced together, but once we knew we could get through that, we knew we could get through anything.â
Faith. Family. Foundation.

At Tinker Development, weâve built our reputation on doing things our own way. Letâs be honest, weâve never been a play-it-safe kind of brand (as discussed with The Town of PV).
However, when you strip it all back, family is what drives this company. Our families are a big part of who we are, and thankfully, they share the same energy, inappropriate humor, and spirit that define our brand.
Behind every one of our builds is a tight-knit crew that puts family first and believes fun is non-negotiable. Weâre a small team, but our circle is loud, grounded, and built different.
This year brought an incredible wave of new friendships, partnerships, and support, and we donât take a single one for granted. To our clients, our trades, and everyone who put their trust in us, thank you for being part of our story. Big things are coming, so buckle up, 2026 is going to be a ride.
From our families to yours, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and cheers to a big, bold New Year.
See you in the dirt. #christmaschaos
