This pencil and others like it have been part of my creative DNA since I was six years old. From drawing, sketching, painting, writing, it all begins with the pencil or pen. I consider the defining artist's tool. Pencil is NOT a slur. It helps create, measure and write.
The reason I am saying this is because there is a sad trend going around today called #BreakThePencil & #StopAIPhobia where people believe the Pencil, a tool we use in our everyday lives as some oppressive slur. Many of us who know that AI art is not as perfect as many see it.
Without the pencil, there wouldn't be things like computers, buildings, clothing, furniture, etc. AI Art is not the solution. You want to make digital art, there are many great digital programs to choose from for your PC, laptop, phone or tablet. That is all. Carry on.

It's one thing to dislike casting decisions of a film. That's fine. But to go around and harass the person for being said character in a well known literary classic, calling her every racial derogatory known to man is out of line. Lupita doesn't deserve any of that, she didn't hurt anyone, all she did was accept a role, did her job and continued on with her life.

A quick political cartoon I did just out of the blue. With the Iran situation going haywire I stumbled upon the scene from The Dead Zone where Johnny Smith holds presidential candidate Greg Stilson's hand and envisions Stilson's future as POTUS preparing to launch a missle attack that could slaughter millions. This is my take on that particular scene only with the current POTUS.
POTUS: 'Put your hand on that scanning screen and you'll go down in history with me'
General: 'As what? One of the greatest mass murderers?'
POTUS: 'You cowardly bastard! You're not the voice of MAGA, "I" am the voice of MAGA! Maga speaks for ME, not you! It came to me, Miller. In the middle of the night, it came to me. I must get up now, "right now " and fulfill Bibi and my destiny! Now you put your damn hand on that scanning screen or I will have Miller hack it off and put it on there for you!
