Oscar Riascos’ washed Gesha is on the pour over menu for a limited time.
Exceptionally clean and clear, with bright lemonade acidity, ripe apricot sweetness and oolong and earl grey aromatics.
Happy to have hosted the team from @macarena.cafe at our roastery last week for cupping and Colombia harvest updates while they were in town with Andres Martinez.

This one sits in our Wild Coffee series, a category reserved for the coffees that step outside the familiar. Funky, fruit-forward, and full of character.
Oscar Riascos and the legendary Wilton Benitez produce this washed Geisha at 1900m in Piendamó, Cauca. Geisha is rare for good reason – difficult to grow, low yielding, and endlessly complex in the cup. This one is bright and crisp with fresh lemonade acidity, ripe apricot sweetness, and a beautiful tea-like finish.
