I had an incredible conversation on The Takeover. We dove straight into the operational truths most founders don’t want to hear.
The biggest mistake?
Over-engineering their ops.
Trying to design the perfect system before ever running the first rep is one of the fastest ways to slow growth.
Nothing works perfectly the first time.
And it doesn’t need to.
Build the version that gets you moving.
Improve it as you learn.
That’s where the real scale happens.
Lead lists alone don’t move the needle‼

We've had so many clients come to us saying they purchased a lead list (which probably got shared across multiple vendors)
And that they now have a bad taste in their mouth around "lead generation"
It's so critical to understand that lead lists alone DO NOT move the needle.
A better approach?
Start by understanding where your ideal clients actually spend their time.🕐
Know where your target audience is most active.
Is it Meta, Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Twitter?
Once you identify the platform, you can build your "lead lists" and process for targeting them on the platforms they are the most active.
But purchasing a lead list alone should not be considered "lead generation"
