After a quick warm up we did some doubles on the lunge (thanks to the glorious @tjorm.palmer for holding rope!)
Was really fun to fly on @nikomiettine and @rjfox88 !
For the end of 2025 I was lucky enough to jump on the bar (with @rjfox88 and @nikomiettine ) to perform our act of Pushing Fortē. We performed in the gorgeous theatre @coliseuportoageas , in Porto, while enjoying the wonderful sights, sounds, and people, of one of the most vibrant cities in Europe.
