When quit BMX and started training I had the blues. I kept going and found a bunch of hooks. Fell in love with movement again (calisthenics, street workout, hypertrophy, and strength). 10 years transformation process. 2025 YEARLY REPORT / 40 YEARS OLD Yearly quote: "Warriors only have two paths; they get better or they get killed" - from Warrior Tv show 1. Still sober. It's the only way. Drinking is a zero ROI activity. 🫡 2. Went through a few stressful episodes, and health issues. Yet still maintained the training schedule, and bodyweight around 75-76kg of lean muscle mass @ 170cm. Focus: Strength and Hypertrophy (sculpting Frieza-like features) with cognitive output preservation & sustainability (4-5 times/week) 3. Tested my online mentoring platform & program with positive results on both ends. Thanks to each participant. Next up: bite in the mfkn mouthpiece, and keep going no matter what it takes. 🫡 4. Relocated. Had the government install cameras before leaving that shady neighborhood where teenagers ruled free. 🖕🏻 Lesson: You don't have to hit people to hurt them. Note to the Netherlands: Get your acts together and protect your country before it's too late. 5. Scooter license acquired (theory & practical exams completed in Dutch). Dutch level A2-B1 (thanks Marc!). Still feel like a baby when I engage in conversations. 👼 Note to self: High standards or death. Drive for others on the road; and as fast as possible. 🙃 6. Coached for a full year as a Personal trainer and became Head programmer. Gained massive experience and validated my knowledge and skills. Grateful for the good times, clients results, and the whole experience. Learned a lot about what to do and not to do business wise. Lessons: Maintain your boundaries. Watch out what you divuldge, people steal (and don't give credits either). 7. Still in a long-term growth focused relationship. Enjoy when it flows, sit down and communicate when it doesn't. Reassess course, and redirect. 😘 Outro: Challenge yourself with clear and high leverage goals. Be unbending in intent, focus, and discipline even when it seems impossible. Saddle your horse and sharpen your weapons, there's a lot of dragons to slay out there. ⚔️ Thanks to my love partner, family, close friends, and all the genuine people out there. I love my crew.
