I was talking to a colleague the other day about some second unit work that I’d been doing this last month- lots of stunts, gunfights, explosions, car work- and he said, “makes you feel like you’re really making a movie.” And it’s true, it does. Then I saw this image a day later.
Framing a story being told by an actors face, just their eyes and humanity for a 40 foot screen. The nuance of a closeup that you can’t escape. I do enjoy the all the action, but this is it for me.
