SYSTEM FRIED MIND
Today is a great day to free from these chains and dance !
The chains have changed. It’s not physical outside anymore like for the Peasant Revolution Generation (literally our grandparents). It’s mental and at the organ level. They want that inner garden now and to shutdown the individual’s brain.
Evidence is in the numbers of our parent’s generation lining up for diabetes and high blood pressure medication in chemists upcountry. And what uncontrolled use of this magic of theirs(the screens) is doing to everyone (from the kids to the youth to our parents)
A direct attack on our culture and education while keeping us busy with bills, brain & nerves pleasures, and the money current.
In me it’s manifested as shame; the silence, the anxiety, the isolating, ghosting conflicts and the stressors that make my life.
Today is a great day to take back control and understand these imperialist tactics. It’s a great day to take back control of the gates of my city and guard them just like we did back at home.
It’s in the food, the education, the entertainment, the church, the government. What’s normalized is corrupt. And it evidently shows when contrasted with the pre-colonial African’s culture.
Today is a great day to be free and accommodate another system and way of being(doing) within. Today is a great day to guard my city.
