So, a quick WARNING, this post is gonna be about my weight loss journey. So if you don’t care, keep a scrolling. But make sure you like before you go! • • Okay. So the first picture was taken for 2015-2016 prom. I had just started my weight loss journey and was not happy with my weight or body. I had a long way to go and was not looking forward to what life had in store. I was kinda stuck in a stump and didn’t know where I was gonna go in life. • • Flash forward to prom or 2016-2017 and the second picture is where we land. I was a year into my weight loss journey and had made some big improvements. I had gained muscle and lost some pounds and inches. I was still not happy with the way my body looked and I was still not in the best mind set. I still had a long way to go, but I was pushing through it. • • And now for the most recent picture. I had just crossed the two year mark of my weight loss journey. I am in the best mindset I’ve been in in years. I can happily smile and enjoy my life without having a negative mindset. I still have a long way to go, some more weight and inches to lose, and some more skills I need to perfect. But I can truly say I’ve never been happier. I am down 20 lbs from my start and inches have been lost off my waist! • • Okay. That’s the end of my little spiel. I just wanted to give myself a positive shout out for being the best me I can every chance I get. Maybe one day I will look back at this post and think “I thought I was happy then.” But for now, this is good enough. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming. God Bless 🙃 #granifyphotos
