Is a series of high-energy mixes defining the signature PSYCHO CALYPSO sound: the hybrid between Caribbean and Electronic Music, specifically highlighting Bouyon & Soka, a genre deeply rooted in Martinique's 🇲🇶 (and other Islands) vibrant Carnival Culture.
Don’t mind my face looking pissed LOL it’s just my first time playing with a 4 deck set up and my concentration is at peak cuz each CDJ is literally not working properly: as in, the play button, cue buttons and jog wheel not working🥲 (but I still 🥣 tho)
Oh and I also made sure to play less edits than I usually do - so what you’re hearing are not all edits but the magic of playing with more than 2 CDj ✨

Ben is a freelance production designer & set designer from Meath who has recently graduated with a degree in Arts Management from the Institute of Art, Design and Technology and studied in IULM Milan, Italy in the department of PR & Communications.
He has since moved on to work with a list of music artists on both styling and set design and has worked on projects for numerous brands such as Dickies, Jameson Whiskey, MCD Promotions, Arnotts and Guinness to name a few.
He runs an art & music collective called Thrust Collective. Thrust actively produce club nights, exhibitions, photo shoots, videos and EP’s under the Thrust label since 2019.
As the role of director, he tries to use the momentum Thrust has within Dublin as a platform to encourage young creative people from all over Ireland to collaborate on a themed project being inclusive of many artistic disciplines. Thrust has collaborated with a range of artists and acts both nationally and internationally including LSDXOXO, Teki Latex and Pu$$yrap in Texas.
He has gained his understanding of the industry from acting at a young age on both film sets and stage, and was then later introduced to modeling when he got signed to the New Faces Board with Not Another Agency in 2020. Ben both actively works and has worked on various editorials and campaigns for different designers, brands and publications such as Kalbult Magazine, the Plant Magazine and the Design & Craft Council Ireland.
