The menu just dropped… and trust me, you want a seat at this table.
Every course was curated to do more than taste good. It’s been designed to help you slow you down and feel…
Warm. Nourished. Seen. Connected.
Every dish is a doorway to conversation, connection, and coming back home to yourself.
This is what happens when food meets presence.
This isn’t just dinner.
It’s an experience.
If you’ve been craving something real… this is it.
Seats are limited. Come take your place at the table. 🫶🏾 Ticket link in my bio.

Seasoned Conversations returns May 9th.
What began as a single gathering has grown into something deeply meaningful.
A table where women come together to slow down, share a thoughtfully prepared meal, and reflect on the seasons shaping their lives.
This May’s gathering will center on reclamation.
Through a curated brunch menu and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore the parts of ourselves we may have lost in the roles we carry and how we can gently return to them.
Seats are intentionally limited.
Early Bird seats (6 available): $147
Standard seats: $160
Tickets are now open. Reserve your seat at the table.
Seasoned Conversations was supposed to happen last weekend.
Postponing it was difficult, but somewhere in the middle of the disappointment, I realized something…
This was never just about selling tickets.
This has always been about building a table where women feel seen, nourished, safe and reminded that they are not carrying life alone.
Because in a perfect world?
Women would have a seat at the table simply because they needed to be there.
Because this time they finally chose themselves after always pouring into everyone else first.
Because they deserved to be in the room.
In a perfect world, the rooms that heal women would be funded. Protected. Supported. Filled.
And maybe this is where that perfect world begins.
So this is my battle cry.
I’m looking for sponsors.
Investors.
Brands.
Women.
Businesses.
People who believe in what happens when women gather intentionally.
People willing to sponsor seats for women who want to attend but cannot afford to.
People willing to contribute gifts, resources, funding, encouragement, or partnership.
People who understand that some rooms are more than events. They are encounters.
I believe God wants to move through these tables.
Through conversation.
Through nourishment.
Through community.
Through women finally realizing they do not have to carry everything alone.
So if you’ve been watching from the sidelines wondering how to support this vision, this is the invitation.
Help me build the kind of world where women don’t have to earn their seat at the table.
June 27th.
We gather again.
And this time, we build bigger than ticket sales.
Send me a DM if you’re ready to support building this room or tag someone in the comments you know would love to be a part of this movement. 🫶🏾

You’ve been running on empty for so long, you forgot what full feels like. You’ve been go go go for so long, you are so ready to take all the ‘hats’ off.
This August - I’m creating a space for you to remember
HER ❤️🔥
🌿 RETURN TO HER: Forest Oasis Experience
📆 August 28-30th, 2026
3 days.
A forest here in Montara, CA.
A curated group of women.
A team of facilitators who are going to hold you in ways I can’t put into words.
We will move. Sit in circles & do the kind of soul work that life never slows down long enough for you to do alone.
You leave knowing who you are again.
With so much clarity & so much lighter than you walked in.
We are 3 months away & spots are intentionally limited.
This will be my most intimate retreat yet ✨
Comment ‘OASIS’ & I’ll send you everything.
You FEEL it & it might even terrify you, but that’s how you’ll know if you’re meant to be in this room 🌹♥️
This weekend I’ll be in Denver for Fempire and honestly… I’m feeling a little emotional returning to the city where I first shared my story on astage back in September 2023.
On that stage, I spoke about survival. About what it looked like to finally step off the wheel of constantly pushing, constantly performing, constantly trying to make it through.
I remember telling the women in that room, “Let my story be your proof.”
And now, almost two years later, I’m returning to Denver different.
Not because life suddenly became easy. But because I kept returning to myself.
Learning how to listen to my body. Learning how to nourish myself instead of abandoning myself. Learning that thriving isn’t a destination. It’s a practice.
This time, I’ll be speaking on a panel titled Health is Wealth. And I understand that phrase so differently now.
Health is your mind.
Your nervous system.
Your rhythms.
Your rest.
Your relationships.
Your spirit.
It’s the way you care for yourself while building a life, raising a family, pursuing a dream and becoming who God is calling you to be all at once.
So this week, I’ve been thinking a lot about what true wealth really looks like.
Maybe it starts with having the courage to care for yourself and lean on your village before you completely run empty.
See you soon Denver 💛
There’s something powerful about realizing that the thing you were never given… God still placed it within you to build.
For me, that was self-trust.
Not perfection.
Not confidence all the time.
Not always knowing the answer.
But learning how to trust myself… brick by brick.
And if I’m being honest, motherhood has tested those bricks more times than I can count. But this journey of writing my chapter helped me realize something. The woman I am today was shaped by what I had to build in myself when I didn’t have a model.
And maybe that’s true for you too.
🎙️ Part 1 of my bestselling author journey is now live on Thrive Like a Mother.
This episode is deeply personal. We’re talking about story mining, healing, self-trust and what it looked like to finally face parts of my story that I had only spoken out loud before.
Listen now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
Thriving doesn’t begin when everything finally makes sense.
It begins when you stop abandoning yourself in the middle of your story.
And if I’m being honest… that has been one of the hardest parts of this journey as an author for me.
Not saying the words out loud. Not sharing pieces of my story publicly. But fully facing them.
Writing them down. Seeing them on the page.
Understanding how moments of my life shaped the woman I am today.
Tomorrow’s episode of Thrive Like a Mother is one of the most personal conversations I’ve shared yet.
We’re talking about healing, story mining, self-trust and what it looked like to finally stop running from parts of my story that deserved to be acknowledged with care.
🎙️ New episode drops tomorrow.

I had an expectation for how this Seasoned Conversations would go.
I expected momentum.
Movement.
Immediate excitement.
And when things got quiet… I felt the temptation to push harder. To force movement. To try my hardest to fill the seats.
But I’m learning that not every pause is failure.
Sometimes God invites us to slow down long enough to realign instead of striving harder.
So Seasoned Conversations is not canceled. We are pivoting.
Our new date is June 27th.
And honestly? I believe this room is becoming even more intentional because of it.
The message remains the same.
We are gathering to reclaim the parts of ourselves we may have set down while becoming who everyone needed us to be.
The joy.
The softness.
The creativity.
The version of ourselves that still deserves space.
This is not a networking event.
It is not just a brunch.
It is a reclamation.
And I believe deeply that the women meant to be in this room will be there.
✨ Early bird tickets are now $125 through June 20 and the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
June 27.
Doors open at 10:30 AM.
Brunch begins at 11 AM.
Not a failure.
A pivot.
Not canceled.
Just realigned.
And I cannot wait to gather with you. 💛
This Atlanta breakfast experience really understood the assignment @thrive.empowered@lauralp730@eats_with_eb@thrivelikeamother.podcast
I pulled up to The Morning Table and this one felt like a full experience. Pancakes, crispy bacon, breakfast pizza, handcrafted mocktails, and a setup that made brunch feel elevated without trying too hard. I really enjoyed it, and the vibe was just as important as the food.
Seasoned. Not Sponsored.

Just because you don’t have the same capacity, doesn’t mean you don’t have a purpose.
Some of you are in a “teacup season” and you’ve mistaken that for being less valuable.
You are still worthy.
You are still valuable.
You are still called.
You’re just being called to be more intentional with what you carry.
