This Atlanta breakfast experience really understood the assignment @thrive.empowered @lauralp730 @eats_with_eb @thrivelikeamother.podcast I pulled up to The Morning Table and this one felt like a full experience. Pancakes, crispy bacon, breakfast pizza, handcrafted mocktails, and a setup that made brunch feel elevated without trying too hard. I really enjoyed it, and the vibe was just as important as the food. Seasoned. Not Sponsored. Comment what you’re choosing first and tag your brunch person. 📍The Morning Table Creator’s Kitchen ATL 1331 Metropolitan Parkway SW Atlanta, GA 30310 #MaskedFoodReviewer #TheMorningTable #AtlantaFoodie #BrunchVibes #BreakfastLovers

We spent this week in the kitchen, testing the menu for April 4th. Tasting. Refining. Making sure every detail feels thoughtful and true to what The Morning Table is meant to be. A slower start to the weekend. A table set with intention. A space to simply be. There are a few seats remaining, and tomorrow is the final day to reserve your spot for this menu. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, I can’t wait to see you there. Take your seat at The Morning Table. 💛 Ticket link in my bio.

Someone told me my food tasted like a warm hug and I’ve been holding that close. Because that’s exactly what I hope it feels like. After Seasoned Conversations, after pouring out and holding space, I came back to this. A pot on the stove. A steady rhythm. Familiar flavors. Nourishment doesn’t only happen at a beautifully set table. It happens in kitchens like this. In the middle of the week when you want to feed yourself and your people with intention. My prayer for you and your family this week is that you get to experience a meal that feels like a warm hug.

I didn’t know how it would get done. The timeline felt tight. The prep felt big. The responsibility felt real. But I knew God would. There was a moment when I walked into that kitchen, took a deep breath, and chose peace over pressure. Not because everything was perfectly in place, but because I trust the One who called me to build it. I’m learning that peace isn’t the absence of responsibility. It’s the presence of trust. And that day, trust carried me. Peace over pressure. Every 👏🏾 single 👏🏾 time. 💛

Teaching nourishment doesn’t end because I’ve started to do in-person events. It lives here too. In the middle of the week. In the kitchen. In the meals we make for ourselves and the people we love. This steak & cheese hot pocket isn’t fancy. It’s not plated under candlelight. But it’s intentional. It’s care. It’s the same hands, the same heart, the same belief that food is one of the ways we say, “You matter.” Nourishment doesn’t only happen at a beautifully set table. It happens on busy Tuesdays. It happens in small, ordinary choices. It happens when we feed ourselves with love instead of pressure. Seasoned Conversations is the overflow. This is the practice. 🤍 Comment NOURISH and I’ll send you the recipe.

Everything changed when I stopped eating for convenience… for survival… for just getting by… and started eating because I love me. 💛 Not in a perfect, aesthetic, Pinterest mom kind of way, but in the quiet honest way that said: I deserve to feel nourished. I deserve energy. I deserve care. Cooking stopped feeling like a chore and became a love language not just for my family, but for me too. The most unexpected part? When I started choosing myself in the kitchen, my confidence, my patience, my presence, my motherhood journey… it all shifted. If you’ve been craving that kind of ease, that kind of self love. Start with one meal cooked for the version of you who finally believes she’s worthy. Because she is. You are. Always 💛 Comment LOVE ME and I’ll send you a freebie with the perfect place to start. #selflove #loveme #healingthroughfood

We used to be that family who relied on SNAP benefits to make sure we were fed. To think that so many families are going to be without them tomorrow breaks my heart. If you are going to be affected by this, please reach out for help. There are so many resources available and I’ve got you on the affordable recipes. Meals that stretch but still nourish. Findhelp.org is a great resource to find what’s available in your area. The @goldensteer Table 40 seasoning has recently become a favorite of mine. 🤩 I recently used it to make delicious chicken thighs and it was perfection!👌🏾 Ingredients - Golden Steer Table 40 seasoning - Chicken Thighs - 2 tablespoons butter - 3 tablespoons olive oil Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Season chicken with Golden Steer Table 40. 3. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat and melt butter. 4. Add chicken to skillet skin side done and sear for 6-8 minutes before flipping them. 5. Put skillet into oven for 13-15 minutes to finish cooking. Would you try this recipe the next time you make chicken thighs? Interested in the Golden Steer Table 40 seasoning? Comment the word GOLDEN and I’ll send you my link to save 10% off your order. #goldensteerambassador #chickenrecipe #recipe #mealprepideas #mealprep

✨ Romanticize your lunch break ✨ This all started because I’d miss lunch on my busier days of back to back meetings… but now it’s turned into my favorite way to slow down and make lunchtime feel a little special. 🧀🥖🍇 I just put together a little charcuterie box with all the things I love—quick, pretty, and way better than skipping a meal. I can take small bites in between calls instead of trying to eat my lunch fast. Have you ever made your own charcuterie-style lunch box? 👀 Would you try it? #charcuterie #lunch #mealprep #mealplan
