Introducing Ethan Pack @thaethanpack , new Head Chef at Three Sheets Soho. He started as part of the core team at Fera by Simon Rogan, when it used to live within the Claridge’s Hotel. He went on to work with chef Matthew Starling and Martyn Nail, specialising in pastry.
