A classic drink, a quirky glass, a foodie riff and a ânailed-itâ pun: the Sazzaquack is a match made in cocktail heaven. From Londonâs acclaimed Three Sheets Soho, this drink was inspired by a chance meeting with Ichendorfâs duck tumblers.
The team knew they needed a short, iceless drink for the duck to bob along on top of, and found the structure of a Sazerac paired perfectly with the flavours of soy and Chinese five spice found in Peking duck (another Soho favourite).
