We just decided to release the video ourselves. Our friend Dhruv came to our rescue and mixed the audio, and the band edited the video, and here we are. Get To is finally out there. Here's to little victories, and tons of perseverance. The song was always about getting past excuses and getting things done, and somehow our journey with this video became a metaphor for the same. Strange, this life.

Thankfully for us, before getting up on stage, Ron gave his phone with insta live turned on to an audience member sitting in the first row, so the whole show was recorded. Now this kind-hearted camera operator must have been a truck driver in their previous life, since the footage gave a good pov of a steering wheel. We received the saved b-roll from the "official" camera, and we stitched together a video for 'get to' and sent it across to the people in charge. Soon enough the pandemic hit, and a hard reset was placed on everything. Our scheduled video was never selected, or showcased, and our show from Jaipur was lost to the vestiges of time. Till now.

Part ii
We spent some time doing soundcheck, setting things up for our performance, and soon enough it was time. The show was tight. There were babies, rolling beer bottles, random conversations, cameras, and many many stories. Exhausted, but satisfied, we were happy that we performed well, AND the fact that the shots from the night were going to end up becoming a music video, our first. A few months went by, and soon it came to light that the footage from our show, was completely lost. We were distraught, to say the least.

In September of 2019, we were invited to play a show at @sofarjaipur . We drove down from Delhi blasting the new @toolmusic album that had just been released after a decade. We reached @tossjaipur , and they welcomed us with open arms. Little encouragement is all we needed to revert to our natural state of playfulness, urf bakchodi.
