Understand yourself. Anticipate others. Work better together.
Come and experience how our You Me We toolkit enables leaders and teams to better understand themselves and each other, so that communication lands and collaboration flows — whether in everyday check-ins, or board level decision-making.
You’ll create your own personal You Me We DISC profile in advance, and then explore it with peers in a short and social live session — using proven activities and coaching prompts to turn behavioural insight into measurably stronger collective performance.
AM + PM sessions, magazines on hand and great cake too.

You Can Now:
Ask better questions, be disliked, lead with flow, listen without filter, lean into anger, resist seriousness, stay in the moment, avoid the quick fix, look up, spot your strengths, engineer happiness, learn like a dog, lead with your weirdness, let go of cynicism, stop, rotate, move, criticise constructively, persuade like a pro, start young, rethink resilience, bounce back? #reading #leading

We’ve been lucky to partner with the spectacles pioneers @cubitts since 2020, crafting different team and manager development programmes for everyone in their head-office and stores.
So it was marvellous to tell the Cubitts culture story in a feature, beautifully photographed by @vivekvad for our latest print issue. Founder Tom Broughton, MD Katie Dolby and Head of People David Carter kindly sharing how authenticity, curiosity and values-led leadership come to life daily — and enable growth all round.

Commissioned for a leadership profile of Nadeem: youth mentor, broadcaster and @flocktogether.world birdwatching community builder.
Nadeem describes a quiet mode of leadership, with the intentional act of noticing — and of inviting others to notice — at the heart of it.

What can you learn about developing people, from developing dogs? And vice versa.
For our Spring ‘25 Issue of You Can Now Magazine, we spoke with Kim Greene – founder of @svalinnworkingdogs . Kim leads a growing community of humans and canines in the beautiful wilds of Montana, together meeting a burgeoning global demand for military-grade family protection.

*Work World*
Marvellously illustrated by @simonlandrein for our Winter issue; Work World is a bright new comic section.
A series of stories reveal relatable managerial mishaps – around working moments like onboarding, 1-1s and team meetings – to spark reflection + conversation around ways to do things differently and more helpfully.
Pick up a copy, and read in full gloss glory.
Botivo X You Can Now Magazine
We told the story of @botivodrinks founders Sam Paget Steavenson and Imme Ermgassen in our Winter print issue – learning how they blend their very different personalities, strengths and leadership styles to meet the daily challenges that flow from their bold ambition for the business.
“We sensed different skills, but had to learn each other’s communication styles. It took real effort – figuring out how to listen and speak, learning each other’s ‘love language’. It’s like in a relationship: you can’t just impose your way onto someone else. You have to understand how they express support and adapt to that – otherwise friction builds.”
And so.... something Sam and Imme start every week with is a Monday 9am check-in; rating how they’re feeling from 1 to 10, both personally and professionally – designed to stop them only talking about business, not asking how the other person was doing emotionally, and out of work.

He generously shared the power of personal experience, and high-presence when attuning with people and guiding them through addiction, burnout and crisis. That’s now up at the site, and linked in the bio if you’d like a look.
