Marrakech half marathon, you did not disappoint 💜Absolutely loved it. Achieved a course PB (ran it in 2018), so was very happy with that. More pics to follow…..

West London 10K ✅
Did @gunnersburyparkrun first then the race. Bonus points to me as my manager was also at parkrun and I beat him 😂. I may be out of a job next week so look out for my open to work status on @linkedin
The 10K was also my @palmarathon virtual 10K
Lovely to see @prabinatalary and @sacha_lumley_fitness
Now time to put my feet up .

Eid Mubarak 🌙✨
To those celebrating, may your day be full of joy, connection, and barakah (and plates that somehow keep refilling themselves 😄).
To those who aren’t, I hope today still brings you moments of peace, laughter, and time with your people.
May we all be surrounded by love, kindness, and unity 🕊️

Wear purple for International Women’s Day was the ask at @banbury_parkrun …..say no more!
Great meet up too for the Bucks/Oxon parkrun ambassadors. Really enjoyed Banbury parkrun-will most definitely be back #loveparkrun #iwd2026 #internationalwomensday
Ramadan is here 🌙
For Muslims, this means fasting from dawn to sunset. No food or drink during daylight hours. The fast starts before sunrise (suhoor) and is broken at sunset (iftar). It changes the rhythm of the day, especially when you’re balancing work, training, and family life.
Ramadan is more than just not eating or drinking. It’s about spiritual focus, self-control, gratitude, and healing-mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s a chance to step back from distractions, be more mindful in how we speak and act, give more in charity, and reconnect with what really matters.
For me, it’s a month to refocus, slow down and reconnect
Ramadan Mubarak
Peace & Love
