Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride 2026 🏍️⚡️ The DGR is the world’s leading charity motorcycle event focused on men’s health. Founded in 2012, it now takes place in over 1,000 cities worldwide, bringing together riders of vintage and modern classic motorcycles to raise funds and awareness. This was the 15 year anniversary of the event and over 300 riders from the Emirates came together to take part. Any excuse to get some of the boys together for a ride is welcome, and despite it being ferociously hot, the ride was mega. Dubai Police led the charge on their Hyabussas with blues flashing. Well done @dgrarabia for putting on a class afternoon 👏🏼👏🏼

8 months after Ty’s accident, he made it to the gym. The STRXNGHXLD Gym became more than a place to lift metal. It was a hub for friendships to develop, pain to be shared, ideas to percolate, and bodies to be built. We made some super special relationships in that gaff. We don’t need to mention names, they already know. This raw and unedited interview of the two DMC founders marked a major milestone in Ty’s recovery process and highlights the friendship of these two men. Never above, never below, always besides. Full interview on YT.

A few snaps from March that I wanted to put up. Despite it being the weirdest month in recent history, it was also filled with some great moments. The reactions to the situation were varied. Some remained calm through the chaos. Some found it all a bit overwhelming. Everyone reacts differently depending on their history, their exposure to violence, their upbringing, and 1,000,000 other variables. And however you reacted to it, that was ok. I chose to keep quiet about it on socials and seek out as much truth amongst the waffle, the attention seeking, the fear mongering, and the general BS. Knowledge was the key and being tapped into credible security channels allowed for educated opinions to be formed. It was an extraordinary time in all respects. Let’s hope it stays as a memory and doesn’t repeat.🙏🏼 Also wanted to shout out both Jacks, Sian, and Demi for their newborns. Mum and dad are certainly gonna have a story to tell about their births! Probably one of the coolest things to ever happen to me, organised by none other than @tylanjw , unfolded when I landed home from Thailand after the DMC retreat. A bunch of my closest mates surprised me with a doggo, Zeus, who was waiting for me in my apartment. Grateful beyond belief to Ty and all those that were involved: Jim, Sophie, Stef, Timbo, Emma D, Tomo, 2kJK, Kayleigh, Meliva, Harnek, Natalie, Ash, Matty B, Karl, BLeanne, John Jones, Michelle , Sam, Weeksy, Sexy Jack, Sherif, Christie, Finn, Toby. F*ckin’ outstanding. I love you all. Welcoming Zeus 🐕⚡️ That’s it for now. I blinked and it was the end of April. We go full power, relentless energy, no brakes, always.

Frist Triathlon - nipped The event was a Sprint+: 750m swim, 24km cycle, 5km run. I went in with zero expectations and saw it as a learning opportunity, and that it was. I was most apprehensive about the swim, which surprisingly, was pretty comfortable. I think that was due to my really flat feet and webbed toes. I had no padding in my shorts so my arse took a hammering on the cycle, which wasn’t too bad as I was in the marines for nearly 15 years and my arse is used to it. I did think that I had loads of time to do other things during the cycle, and if I could cycle with no hands, I’d likely take up knitting as a concurrent activity. Unsurprisingly, my legs felt pretty heavy coming off bike, but I was more concerned with the chaffing in my nether regions at this point to care, which must have distracted me adequately I ran a fairly decent time. Overall, many minutes of enjoyment was had. Sights set on T100 in November now and probably Ironman Oman in December, because if you gonna be dumb, you better be tough.

Thailand is never a bad idea!!🏝️🏋🏻🍻 Incredibly thankful for a some time in The Land of Smiles with some wonderful people, doing some great exercise, eating some fantastic food, and drowning out the noise of current madness at home. I was able to take 6 people with me as a part of the @deadmansclique “fitness” retreat (gonna have to rethink that name 😂) and extended for a few extra days on The Soi for more 7Eleven toasties and dangerously cheap Chang’s. Great to bump into so many familiar faces and spend a bit of time getting to know some new ones too. Good vibes only in Thailand 🇹🇭

Some bits from Feb before the madness started. Grateful for this life, the people in it, and to be here, in Dubai. Chaos is a mindset, fear is a choice. Fix the outlook, change the perception, absorb the facts, operate with intention, remain calm, always. We keep on moving ⚡️

Burj2Burj 2026⚡️ Sub-90 was the mission. Official chip time: 1.29.06 Mission success ✅ Last year I came in at around 1.32, narrowly missing out on the “sub90” accolade. When I mentioned it to @therebornrunner a few weeks ago, he said he’d pace me. We set off quickly and banked some time in the first 2 thirds of the race, which worked a treat because I started to drop off the pace in the last third. Super happy with the result. Huge thanks to Alex for pacing me, keeping me accountable, and talking just the right amount of shit in my ear in the last few km’s to keep me pushing hard. Massive congrats to everyone that raced, whether you got the result that you wanted or not, you still completed a half marathon which is something to be proud of, great f*ckin work! And a huge thanks to all those that came to support, what a bunch of legends! We now move into the last stretch of the @deadmansclique 50-day movement challenge, 10 days of 10kms. LFG!🚀🚀🚀
