This is my first song ever with a legit singer / talented producer so wanted to tell you about the track @thisisaudia - we met a few years ago at big fam fest in Michigan where she is from and ended up hanging out and watching some sets together. Fast forward to a few years later I saw her posting videos to her twitter of her playing piano and singing. I was amazed by her voice and she’s also just a really talented musician and producer. I reached out and asked her if we could work on something. She sent me a few ideas and I was drawn in by one. It was late in the night maybe 2am but I got an idea sparked off of her chords and voice and made the whole initial ideal that night. It was before she could actually send me the vocal so I basically just re wrote the chords that she made and wrote around her vocal. Few years later now and we finally finished it up via the internet. This weekend she’ll be coming over and we’re going to hang and make some more stuff for you guys! 🙏

From the crashing of lightning, to the gentle yet powerful vocals from AUDIA, this track is a complete movie from start to finish. Hollow showcases the original, more deeper side of the Dubstep genre but with a modern edge. This will be the second single of Phocust’s Volare EP forthcoming on Circus Records later this year.
Hollow will be dropping on April 8th at midnight (9th) perfect for your post-solar eclipse pastime!
