Mutuma is a music business executive. His work sits at the critical intersection of artist development and market strategy, where he shapes how music is packaged, positioned, and introduced to audiences across Africa and beyond.
As a CIA juror, Mutuma will contribute to curating nominee lists across award categories, identifying the individuals and teams whose work has meaningfully shaped creative campaigns and cultural moments.
Working alongside fellow jurors and our intelligence partner @digitallie.ai , nominees will ultimately be evaluated through a balanced lens of performance data, cultural engagement, and commercial impact.
