Mini Peugeot 504 Familiale Stylized Luxor Taxi 🚙☀️
Item 03/26 of my Egyptian Taxi series.
Known in Egypt as the famous “7-seater,”
the car many of us remember from childhood trips to visit family in distant governorates.
Set in Luxor, where cars like this were simply part of the street. 📍🔵

Mini Lada 2107 Stylized Alexandria Taxi 🚖🌊
Item 02 of my Egyptian Taxi series.
I chose this one because, for many people, it’s even more iconic than the classic Cairo taxi and it’s still everywhere today.

Mercedes-Benz 180 Stylized Cairo Taxi (1960s) 🚖🎇
This marks the beginning of a new personal series I’ve wanted to start for a long time.
I chose to begin with Cairo, and with the 1960s specifically, because it’s my favorite era artistically a time rich in art, cinema, and strong visual identity.
The Mercedes-Benz 180 was one of the most iconic Cairo taxis of that period.
With its simple, practical design and black-and-white colors, it became a recognizable part of the street.
This is my stylized take on a classic 1960s Cairo taxi.
What would you like to see next? 😇🙂↔️

Excited to share my latest collaboration with @notstudio.ae for @knotbakehouse ☕❄️
I worked on their winter campaign, focusing on capturing a cozy, calm atmosphere that brings the brand’s identity to life. I wanted the whole scene to feel like a calm spot where you can slow down for a moment.
For this scene, I aimed for a foggy, Fuji-inspired mood soft, quiet, and slightly dreamy balanced with warm neon accents to give the space a subtle, inviting glow. also experimented with the logo and visual elements so they blend naturally into the environment.
I enjoyed working on this project, and it was a fun process and a chance to learn a lot along the way.
Let me know what you think. 🥶🙂↔️
The essence of a land is born from the faith of its people
from the symbols they weave into their lives,
from their quiet desire to keep their identity breathing through time.
The closer one stays to their roots,
the clearer their shape becomes,
and their light finds its way even through the dark.

“Gwahar” is a visual study created for @slanted_publishers #46 — Cairo issues ✨
.
To express the theme of “Cairo’s Gleaming Essence,” we found no better inspiration than the Egyptian tally craft. Its metallic shine and geometric rhythm perfectly reflect the meaning of “Gwahar” essence. We reimagined its spirit in a contemporary visual poster.
We began by studying archival images of Assiut tally garments a traditional textile known for its grid like layout, minimal ornamentation, and metallic silver threads.
Guided by this logic, we created simplified symbols inspired by Egyptian popular culture and arranged them with the same order and rhythm found in tally textiles, so the piece carries the craft’s spirit without replicating it.
To bring back the physical feel of tally, the design was later translated into 3D, where the icons were projected onto a textile-like surface and given metallic material to mimic how silver threads catch the light allowing the poster to behave like a crafted object rather than a flat image.
The result evokes a magical Egyptian atmosphere, reminiscent of Cairo’s starlit nights and the bridge between traditional craftsmanship and modern digital expression.

Ps: I am grateful to have collaborated with @thisesmael on this project. Working with talented, dedicated people makes a difference. ✨🌙
