Just about back to reality here after the joys of Saturday night in Bohs. Was so great to see so many people so happy. What a night of great music and fun. Big thanks to @an_iofficial whose live show was something fierce, vulnerable and beautiful. It was a pleasure to have him as our guest. Massive thanks to @elizaroo___ who played a blinder of a set. So excited to see her at OE this year. Shut out to @jonezy_riseup for the soundsystem and vibes.
Big thanks too to the staff in Bohs for being a bunch of sounders.

We have booked two more nights in Bohs before it closes in November for redevelopment.It is such a great space, so steeped in history and memories. We will miss it a lot. Planning two very special nights, one in July and one in September so we can all enjoy this special place together while we still can.

Delighted to have good pal and one of Ireland's top selectors close out the night with a 2 hour set on Saturday.
Hailing from Mullingar, Dublin based Eliza has been trailblazing her way through the Irelands underground electronic scene for many years now. She had played alongside some of the best in the business including Stingray, Jensen Interceptor, and Bill Converse.She has even played in Berghain. She also has a monthly show on Dublin Digital Radio.
Her dedication to crate digging comes through in all her sets as her ear for selecting tracks has honed a style that traverses through the rawer sounds of electronic music. Not one to be pigeonholed, you can expect her to weave though pulsating electro, ebm, wave, acid and techno within her sets.
We are very excited to hear what weapons of malfunction she brings to Bohs on Saturday.

An-i allows his machines to really cut loose into a fevered sound somewhere between industrial EBM, punk, and noise. The main cut of 'Kino-i' is a real club killer, riding roughshod, noisy modular electronics and samples nodding to Yello, Velodrome and Sleezy D over a rampant bassline arpeggio and muscular kicks. Flipside, there's a streamlined dub tucking all the elements into a slicker DJ missile, plus a handy 'Beats' mix sounding like some Skinny Puppy offcut. Legendary status by now

Released in 2015 this is such a timeless classic is another nother deadly, mutant EBM session for Cititrax! Much like the outstanding 'Kino-i' 12", this one delivers exactly where it matters, shooting jagged, 16th note bassline from the hip around strapping kicks and searing synthlines. 'Gutz' does it for nine-and-a-half minutes with perfect 'floor control while 'Rut' pelts 6 minutes of haywire modular sequences and stomach-tightening groove replete with those white-out breakdowns, and 'Save Us' railroads rampant kick drum patterns with pent and explosive sytnh shocks. P-A-R-T-Y guaranteed.

Once you start looking you find lots of locations where people have been putting up posters for years.
Kind of informal community notice boards.
Does putting them up make a difference?
Who knows but the city is a palimpsest of layered time and space and it feels good to be part of it.
