Created by local wellness visionary Matt Radford, this modern wellness space on 49th Street is everything you didn’t know you needed: a wood-fired sauna, true cold plunge, cozy lounge with mocktails, and a community that’s as inclusive, grounded, and just about as open-hearted as Boulder itself.
Here, there’s no flexing—just breathing, laughing, and resetting. You’ll move from steam-drunk bliss to icy-fresh clarity and somehow leave lighter (and smiling bigger).
Bring your swimsuit, your towel, and your curiosity. Come solo or with friends—Matt built this space so everyone feels welcome. It’s the perfect blend of self-care and social energy, where you can sweat it out, cool off, and stay awhile.
