My actual favorite old sadness album. For me it’s the perfect mix of raw, diy production but it’s also a time where the songwriting was really evolving although still from that simple riff emphasis. The breakdown in this song (summer night) is epic and again, an all time favorite for me in the discography.

It’s been six (6?!) years since I last featured @glass.coffin_nightmare.spirit on the channel, and today it is my great pleasure to bring you an advance single from forthcoming full length album Bloodstained Rites of the Goat.
The maliciously feral gnashing lo-fi rawness of 'Ravenous Iron Moon' does justice to that grim and blasphemously imperious album title, aided and abetted by the appearance of the mighty @kommoduswolf on guest vocals, whose rabid vocals to suitably intense battle with ferocious riffs. Alongside Kommodus, the full album also features guest spots from @koreltsak , @skoll_666 and @anonymous_pagan

An excellent album for this turn of season, expressing myriad influences and musical motifs into a lush combination of hazy, almost summery, yet detached and melancholy, post black metal, wall of sound shoegaze and indie-pop sensibilities.
